Episode CLX: Think Of Your Sins, Mr. Bond!

The Bastards love it shaken, not stirred.

This week the B3 are excited about the news that happened on the day of Tuesday, November 6, leaving both King and Blueonic jumping for joy about the future of one of their favorite things. The demos for Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two and F1 Race Stars are looked at, and King describes why the new Karateka remake is nothing but bad news. Finally James Bond comes full circle in the review for Skyfall.

Make yourselves a martini, and relax with Episode 160: Think Of Your Sins, Mr. Bond!

Episode CLIX: You’re Business…This Is Pleasure!

It was a double-feature weekend for the Bastards…

This week the B3 crew review the new RZA-helmed The Man With The Iron Fists, which pays homage to classic kung-fu films of yesteryear. The video game-influenced Wreck-It Ralph is also on the table, a movie that just may be the best of its kind. Blueonic goes hands-on with the Wii U (yes, WII U) demo for Rayman Legends, and gives his thoughts on the new controller setup. Finally the demos for pid, F1 2012, and Home Run Stars are looked at.

It’s not the baddest man alive, it’s Episode 159: You’re Business…This Is Pleasure!

Episode CLI: Nine Out Of Ten Atheists Even Agree That Chuck Norris Is God!

If you don’t listen to this show, he will punch you with his beard fist!

This week Blueonic is excited about Grid 2, but is cautiously optimistic with the changes in Army of Two: The Devil’s Cartel. The Bastards are at opposite ends when it comes to the demo for Madden NFL 13, but soon come to an agreement with Damage Inc. Pacific Squadron WWII. After all that (plus tangents) the B3 crew get their testosterone pumping when they chat about The Expendables 2.

Did he really just take out that tank just by staring it?! It’s Episode 151: Nine Out Of Ten Atheists Even Agree That Chuck Norris Is God!

Avengers time. C’mon, grab your friends. We’ll go to very distant lands!

This week the gang tear a new asshole in parents who bring their children to a film that is neither appropriate or would hold their short attention spans, before going into the movie of the moment: The Avengers. Anvil gives his weekly sports report, tributes to the late Patriots player Junior Seau and Beastie Boy Adam “MCA” Yauch are held, and the demo for Dirt Showdown is examined.

The action-packed madness can be found here in Episode 139: Ave–PUT THOSE NIPPLES AWAY, HULK!!!

Getting Down and Thrice "Dirt"-y!

Codemasters is once again bringing on the Dirt. These guys are always on top when it comes to racing games, especially with the fact that they have brought us nothing but the most sexiest of graphics, along with the most badass racing styles to the table. After what I’ve seen so far in the third installment I cannot wait to get my hands on it!

It’s scary how realistic the graphics are in Dirt 3. If you’re confused, you might have to watch the video a couple times to realize that it’s actual game footage. Codemasters have done such a great job with the graphics, and they keep upping the ante each time in the Dirt series. Believe me: I have to refrain from telling specific companies to take a look at what Codemasters have done, especially in the gaming aspect of how it feels to race the car between controller and keyboard alike. With the feeling of going from driving my truck to sitting down on my couch with either racing wheel/controller in hand the feel is just absolutely awesome. I’m all about the getting in adrenaline rush, and Codemasters have provided that in their racing games.  The other great thing about playing the Dirt series is the reality they put in the views of racing, with the set up of the usual behind-the-vehicle angle, along with the view from the front seat, giving it a feel like you’re actually in the car.

My words can only do so much justice, so you’ll really have to go out and get the first two Dirt games to experience the reality it showcases, then wait patiently until the end of May to play the third one. If you get the chance to stop by your local gaming store it wouldn’t be a bad idea to slap down a couple bucks on this beautiful game known as Dirt 3 that will be coming out May 24th, 2011!

If you got the $240 put it down for the sweet little Ken Block Gymkhana RC Car Bundle!

Episode LXXI: And I Thought The Grand Canyon Was Man-Made

The Bastards may not be traveling to L.A., but they’ve got Hollywood on their minds.

This week the B3 crew takes a look at the film Due Date, followed by Anvil’s reviews of Paranormal Activity 2, Leap Year and Legendary. King Baby Duck shares his thoughts on the Dresden Dolls reunion tour, and he and Blueonic stand at opposite ends regarding Emperor Norton’s Stationary Marching Band. Anvil gives his weekly sports report, and K.B.D. and Blueonic try to figure out why it’s so damn hard to control the games Apache: Air Assault and F1 2010.
